You will be fully financial when selecting this option on the day you pay. Choosing the PayPal plan allows you to make payments for up to 12 months. Your payments will be taken from your account each month on the day you selected this plan. Ie if you pay on the 3rd of the month each month on the 3rd PayPal will pull funds from your account. If PayPal tries to pull from your account & the funds are not available you will be charged a 26% interest fee. The 26% interest fee will occur each month until payment plan is complete.
